A natural innovator who loves strategy and leveraging challenges to produce change, Laura has spent the last two decades helping executives and their operations and governance teams reimagine their organizations and improve outcomes and effectiveness.
A Baldrige-trained organizational coach and former director of quality and performance management, Laura specializes in leadership coaching, team culture, organizational quality, and systems implementation. Her passion is leading teams and boards to develop sustainable, values-driven organizations that achieve mission-aligned outcomes.
As a former school founder, Laura uses her experience to support teams in organizational creation/redesign, business model validation, culture building, system development, and data and technology strategy. Previously, Laura sat on the national charter school performance review and accountability committee and has served as an application reviewer at the state and national levels. A University of Texas at Austin Presidential Award Winner, Laura graduated summa cum laude from St.Edwards University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. When she isn’t helping teams achieve mission-specific outcomes, Laura loves serving her community, spending time with family and friends, and digging in her garden.
